2007 was a great year for Heat-Em-Up kennels.GRHBCH Heat-Em -Up Kita started out the year by placing in the top ten at the ST.Jude benefit hunt and then then to the West Virginia State Championship where she won her cast both days placing 1st and winning the open class of over 30 dogs.Kita won hunts in more than 5 states in 2007 including the Illinios Stae Championship ,Ohio State Championship,Maryland State Championship,as well as many other national level events ranging from Iowa to the Eastern Shore.Kita also broke the record for the most points scored by a female with 205 and made her sire GRHBCH CH WHITE RIVER BIG JAKEand dam HBCH CH HALLS DIXIE the only hounds outside of Michael and Lulu to produce 2 challenge series winners.Kita was from the last litter and has siblings 2006 National Champion White River Simply Irressistable and 2005 Overall winner GRHBCH WHITE RIVER Dixieland Delight who was the youngest hound in UKC history to win the Overall race,and the 2003 junior Male winner White River Strickly bussiness.Heat-Em-Up Kennels is pround to have produced a hound such as Kita ,her extreme hunt and drive are exactly what we are striving for.Thanks to everyone who helped run or handle Kita this year.

Heat-Em-Up Kennels is dedicated to the pursuit of producing the ultimate hunting beagle.We are taking our linebred crosses and selective outcrosses and producing some of the hardest hitting hounds in the trial world.Our hounds are bold and run with great speed, but also with control and endless desire.We line breed to lock in these traits and outcross to try to improve our line even more.Heat-Em-up Kennels trial record speaks for itself...producing National Champions ,as well as over 20 state titles and large events winners,placing in the top ten at the World Hunt and Eliminator 7 times.Heat -Em-Up Kennelshas more UKC Challenge Series wins than any other kennel ,producing or winning the Overall Points Race a record 3 times and the individual catagories 8 times!!!In the past 8 years hounds from our crosses have won trials from Iowa to the Eastern Maryland and everywhere in between!All of our hounds are gunned over and are as pleasureable to hunt with as the are at the field trial.We do not claim to produce perfect hounds ; we will just let are trial record speak for itself.

GRHBCH White River Big Jake and his brother GRHBCH White River Raisen Cane are the foundation sires of our kennel, both hounds are from the legendary cross of GRCH HBCH Fire River Michael x HBCH CH White River Lulu.
